CST relies on community support and the generous time donated by volunteers. CST volunteers help consumers with English as a Second Language (ESL) practice, computer training, legal assistance, housing assistance, and health education. There are administrative volunteers assisting with data entry, graphic design, and hospitality support for the lobby and special events planning.
